Founded by Harold Joseph Leak in 1934 LEAK made some of the very first high fidelity amplifiers on the market. After many successful years, the LEAK name slowly faded into obscurity and became a ‘cherished’ brand of yesterday, until now. In 2020, the year of Harold Joseph Leak’s 113th birthday and H.J. Leak & Co’s 84th birthday, LEAK finally returns for the masses with the LEAK STEREO 130 integrated amplifier and the first-ever digital CD playback device for LEAK, the LEAK CDT. The LEAK STEREO 130 is a high performance, high-fidelity integrated amplifier for the modern-day listener. It is designed to be the perfect match for a wide variety of both analog and digital sources, thanks to its diversity of inputs. It has a built-in Moving Magnet (MM) phono pre-amplifier which allows for direct connection to turntable record players. You can also stream music to the LEAK STEREO 130 from any Bluetooth device such as portable music players and smartphones via innovative built-in aptX and AAC codec. One can enjoy CD-quality audio over the Bluetooth wireless connection.
